• What is your event cancellation policy? We require a 25% non-refundable deposit. If you have paid for your services in full, half of that amount will be refunded. Consultaion will not be refunded..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? Cancellation must be done 30 days prior to event..

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? We recommend 3-6 months in advance. We book really fast esp. in the wedding season between May-August..

• I have a large wedding party, how many hair/makeup artists can provide from my wedding? One of each depending on your time frame..

• How many months before the wedding will you do the pre-wedding consultation? 3-4 months in advance..

• What if I don't like my makeup at the trial run? Can I suggest changes? Sure..
