• Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? I will be taking the photos, usually with back up assistance. .

• Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line? Yes .

• What is included in your basic wedding packages? My lowest priced package ($500.00) includes 4-6 hours and 20 prints from your wedding day. Additional prints can be ordered on line. An Engagement Sitting is included with all Wedding Packages at no additional charge. .

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? The 10% Retainer Fee used to secure your date is not refunded. .

• What is your event cancellation policy? The 10% retainer fee is not refunded. 80% of the contract amount is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date..

• What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? 10% is due at the time your contract is signed to reserve your date. 80% is due two weeks prior to the wedding and the 10% remaining balance is due prior to receipt of your DVD or in Package 1, prior to you receiving the prints included in your package. .

• What new ideas have you implemented in the last couple years? Are you current with latest trends? I like to tell a story of your wedding and for a small additional fee with some programs, and included in other packages, I attend the rehearsal and rehearsal celebration to take photographs. I like to be creative in additional photographs of symbols of your wedding. Your Shoes, Dress, Invitations etc..

• Will you be taking digital photographs? Is there an extra charge for this service? All photos are digital..

• Can I keep the negatives? the proofs? Is there an extra charge for this service? How much? All photos are for Package 2 & 3 are preserved at full resolution. Photos are uploaded to my website for your viewing and Ordering. Package 2 & 3 include the copyrights of your photos. .

• What kind of equipment will you bring with you? Do you bring backup equipment? lighting? My equipment is a Canon 50D SLR, with Wide Angle Lens; regular lens and telephoto lens. I also have a separate flash gun which provides me with excellent lighting. I have a back up camera as well..

• How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel charge? I am willing to travel up to 70 miles from either Buckeye AZ, or Temecula CA without any travel charge. Travel charges would be a maximum of $70.00..

• Can we request both that both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding? All photos are edited with some photos (about 20%) Photoshopped. .

• Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help coordinate portraits? Depends on the package you order. I typically bring and assistant and for some weddings I bring a 2nd shooter/ Carla.

• How many pictures do you take? Can I provide a list of posed photos for you to take? I've taken as many as 1000 photos during the course of the wedding day. I request a list of all important posed photos prior to the wedding date..

• How would you describe your photographic style? What does this mean? I'm not sure if I have a style. I like impromptu shots and over the years have learned to look at creative opportunities for photos. I use a 35 mm digital SLR and have multiple lenses available..

• What makes you different from other local photographers? Why should someone hire you? My prices are reasonable and I'm willing to work programs around what you, the bride and groom need. I provide full resolution photos on DVD for Packages 2&3.

• How quickly will I receive my prints? Within 10 days of you selecting the photos you want printed is the typical amount of time..

• How many weddings have you photographed? 15.

• What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? The Deposit of 10% is request at the signing of the contract and is needed to confirm the even date; 40% of the package price is due at least 24 hours prior to the date of the wedding or rehearsal dinner; the remaining 50% is due prior to the Delivery of either the DVD containing the proofs. Additional money due for additional prints you may request is due at the time of delivery of the prints..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? If the Bride and Groom choose to cancel my services at least one month prior to the Wedding, I refund 100% of the deposit, which is 10% of the quoted package price..
