• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? It all depends on your wedding date and my limited availability.

• Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? Me - No subcontractors. I only do one event a day..

• What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? $500 or 1/3 of the contract amount as a non refundable retainer at signing. The balance of the contract is due on or before 2 weeks before the event..

• What is your event cancellation policy? The retainer is non-refundable. All other payments made before cancellation is refunded..

• What is included in your basic wedding packages? 4 hours of service at one venue. 20 5x7 images in a bound wedding album..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? We absolutely guarantee you'll be THRILLED (not just "satisfied") with your photographs and our service. If you aren't, for any reason, we will either do whatever is necessary to see to it your are THRILLED, or we will cheerfully give you all your money back. No hassles, and no hard feelings either. • Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help coordinate portraits? Yes we do - and the assistant is usually a 2nd photographer.

• Can we request both that both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding? Yes you may - in fact we do not charge extra for B/W or Sepia toned photos..

• How would you describe your photographic style? What does this mean? My style is photojournalistic but includes formal posed portraits of bride and groom and immediate family and close friends..

• How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel charge? Locally within a 50 mile radius. Further with additional charges..

• How many pictures do you take? Can I provide a list of posed photos for you to take? During a normal full day wedding we take between 800 and 1200 photographs. You may provide a list of you posed formal portraits of family groups..

• How quickly will I receive my prints? Usually within 2 weeks after you place your order..
