What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? In the event that ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS is not able to render services as agreed, and is unable to find a comparable replacement, then a full refund of what has been paid to ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS will be granted to the client. If services are completely rendered by ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS, then the client agrees that no refund of monies will be given after the event or thereafter even if the client is not satisfied. This clause is to protect ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS by ensuring they are paid for their services and not asked to give the client free service after everything is complete. .
What are your standard payment terms? A retainer is required upfont and deducted from the balance. The balance may be divided into installments (minimum $250 each). The total balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event date..
Do you charge for an initial meeting? If so, is this amount credited should we hire you? The initial meeting is on the house. .
Can you assist with travel plans for out of town guests? Our honeymoon plans? We are affiliated with a couple of travel companies. .
Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? We charge a flat rate with an option to add on additional hours as needed. .
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? This depends on the level of service required. You should contact us no less than 3 months before your wedding. .
What is your event cancellation policy? The client must give a written cancellation notice to ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS if undersigned wishes to terminate the contract. The Client is not entitled to a refund of the monies paid should they terminate the contract. If the client should terminate the contract within thirty (30) days of the event date, then 50% of the remaining balance due is required at the time of notification. .
What if you become ill or cannot come to the wedding? Who will stand in for you? I have equally qualified colleagues that can fill in for me in the event of an emergency. .
What is the largest wedding or event you’ve managed? The largest wedding I have managed was for 250 guests. There were 30 people in the wedding party. The biggest event was a class reunion weekend with events scheduled on Fri, Sat, and Sun. .
Are you present at all vendor meetings? Do you pay the vendor fees and we pay you one lump sum? You contract with the vendors and pay them directly. We are present at vendor meetings if this is the level of service you have requested from Always Fabulous Events..
When developing our wedding/event budget, how do you personalize this experience to our needs? Absolutely. We will make sure your budget allows for the items you want the most. .
How many hours are you on site the day of the wedding/event? Up to 10 hours.
Do you recommend specific wedding professionals? Did you get referral fees? We do not accept referral fees. Any discounts or special offers are passed on to the client. .
Do you employ other people to help you plan events? How much extra for additional staff? Our wedding packages include 1 assistant. Additional staff costs vary based on the amount of time they are needed. .
