If you are not satisfied with a particular performer and you can state in detail why, we will consider full refund for that particular person(s).
If the client is not satisfied with your event due to the Performer you are entitled to a full or partial refund of the balance, as determined by the client. This refund is not to exceed 100% of the fees for this service.
If there is a reasonable complaint about the service of my company, I will always consider a partial or total refund.
Initial deposit is non refundable. Balance is due day of Wedding. Dates canceled up to 30 days prior to scheduled event can apply their initial deposit towards resheduled date.
Should you decide to cancel my service before the date of the event due to my lack of responding to you (which has never happened) I would reimburse your deposit upon request.
